UP MUSLIM LAWYERS FIGHT BAR BAN

UP INSTITUTES ENQUIRY INTO ALLEGED TERRORISTS' ARREST
 

The UP government has instituted a one-member judicial inquiry to investigate the arrest of two terror accused Mohd Khalid Mujahid and Tariq Qasmi. They were allegedly detained for terror links. COURT ALLOWS NARCO-ANALYSIS TEST OF VANZARA, 12 OTHERS
 

The Ahmedabad Sessions Court on March 14 permitted narco-analysis test of suspended DIG DG Vanzara and 12 others who are behind bars in connection with the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case. In an operative order, Additional Sessions Judge R.S Sharma allowed the revision petition of the State CID (crime) against a lower court order denying permission to conduct narco-analysis test.
