Highly Condemnable

June 6, 2010

How much it may be condemned it’s too much less, on the addressing speech, by a so called Islamic spiritual leader of Turkey
Sheika Cemalnur Sargut, leader of the Istanbul branch of Turkkad, the Turkish Women’s Cultural Association, while addressing the world council of women spiritual leaders meeting held recently at Jaipur, called Mahatma Gandhi “a true Jihadi, who has been slain on the path of Jihad”. She recalled him a “martyr”. She even went to the extent of drawing a comparison between a Haji and a Mahatma. She said a Mahatma is dressed exactly as one does while performing Haj. According to the so-called scholar, anybody who wears un-stitched clothes may be before Allah. Sargut’s move is highly condemnable.
