Apex Court judgement re-installing P Venugopal as AIIMS Director by holding invalid the controversial AIIMS bill passed by the Parliament should make President of India question her government for downgrading Parliament. This trend of misusing post of President and Parliament can be dangerous in time to come, putting freedom and self-respect of a person at mercy of political rulers dancing to tunes of their blackmailing allies.
