Who are the Real Culprits?

It’s good but baffling that none of the bombs detected in Surat could explode. How could such an uncanny coincidence take place? The plot further deepens when videos of the squads defusing the bombs started being aired. One could clearly see the squads doing the job without any sort of protective gloves, headgear, goggles, etc as if they knew forehand that either the bombs would not explode or they were mere dummies. A lot of common people too were gathered around the bombs at such close distances that they would never have survived a blast had one exploded accidentally while being defused. This really raises suspicions as to who are the real culprits. Is it that they are being planted by right-wing Hindutva groups? Or is it that this is being carried out by corrupt and selfish politicians for the purpose of garnering votes by dividing the country on communal lines. All these factors truly need to be investigated before declaring any group or individuals to be guilty.
