A Fact Finding Team Demands Judicial Enquiry into Batla House Encounter
 
A fact-finding team of teachers, students, civil rights activists and intellectuals visited the site of the September 19 alleged encounter of the police with the ‘terrorists’ at Batla House, Jamia Nagar, on September 24, 2008, and later released its preliminary findings.

A fact finding team constituted by Janhastakshep, Campaign against Fascist Designs and People’s Union for Democratic Rights (PUDR)  went to look into the issues being raised in context to the alleged encounter at Batla House, Jamia Nagar on September 19, 2008.
