Homage to Dr Ambedkar

On April 14, the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratn Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar, the main architect of Indian Constitution, we pay homage to him. He was PhD, DLit, Bar-at-Law, Law Minister, and Chairman of Drafting Committee of Constituent Assembly, hence chief architect of Indian Constitution which is a symbol of social and economic justice, equality, unity, caste and communal harmony. Dr Ambedkar gave lofty idealism of secular nationhood, pluralism, democracy, fundamental rights, civil liberties, rights and safeguards to Dalits, Adivasis, minorities and weaker sections of society. Ours is one of the best constitutions of the world. It has stood the test of time. The nation will not allow this constitution to be tampered or scrapped.
