Striking the Right Chord

After much hype the show Sataymev Jayate seems to have turned out to be another masterstroke from Aamir Khan. Aamir seems to have struck the right chord with this TV show over the prime channel Start TV. The issue of female feticide dealt in the very first episode of this show left most of the audience with moist eyes. Indeed issues like this leave great influence on society. Ironically, the guardians of law and order seems to have kept their mouth shut over this grievous issue, leaving thousands of ladies crying in agony and pain. The noble profession of medical practice seems to have touched the lowest ebb. Here medical professionals are simply sitting to make good money in the name of sex determination.

Hopefully, this TV show would certainly do some favour in shaping the lives of countless people facing a number of menaces like female feticide, corruption, dowry deaths and similar such issues. Efforts from celebrities like Aamir Khan should be applauded especially when we see hordes of such people making loads of money without doing anything for the society they live in.
