‘Save the Country’ Need of the Hour

Readers Pulse

This refers to the report ‘JIH Launches ‘Save the Country’ Campaign’ (Radiance 3-9 March). The Jamaat’s decision to launch a countrywide campaign against injustice and poverty is the need of the hour. The country is going through a very challenging moment where the gulf between the rich and the poor is becoming wider every passing day and each sunrise gives more power to the fascist forces. The citizens hope that the campaign would come up with an ultimate solution to the rising graph of both mental and physical corruption. The Jamaat should also focus through this campaign on the areas where AFSPA is imposed as there comes always disturbing news from the region. We offer my full support to the Jamaat for this purpose.
