Clash of Civilisation

Readers Pulse

Dr. Javed Jamil (“Malala Deserves Kudos”, Radiance Viewsweekly 21-27 July) has rightly said that Malala Yusufzai became special because it helped the international media demonise Taliban and she represented the West’s brand of feminism. It was not mere result of fearlessness and greatness of Malala that earned for her such wide acclaim but it is the result of a clash of civilization between the west and the Muslim world. Truly, the western civilization is indifferent to the ugliest crimes against humanity like prostitution and abortions.
