TURKISH PRESIDENT URGES RESTRAINT IN EGYPTIAN CRISIS
 

Turkish President Abdullah Gul on 9 August appealed to Egypt’s army-installed government to return the country swiftly to democratic rule and allow all parties to take part in the political process. An Israeli terrorist operation reportedly targeted Egyptians in Sinai with full coordination between the coup commanders and the Israeli army. IRAN \'DEVELOPS LAUNCHPAD FOR BALLISTIC MISSILE TESTS\'
 

Iran has developed a second rocket-launching facility which will likely be used to test ballistic missiles, reports said citing a London-based defence analysis group on 8 August.
