IKHWAN WELCOMES FORMATION OF DEMOCRATIC FRONT PARTY
 

The Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwanul Muslimoon) has welcomed the decision of the Egyptian Committee of Parties Affairs of accepting the formation of the Democratic Front party, headed by Dr. Osama Al-Ghazali Harb, editor-in-chief of Al-Seyasa Al-Dawliya.

US, IRAN BREAK SILENCE OVER IRAQ
 

In the most important meeting between the United States and Iran in almost 30 years, US and Iranian diplomats met face to face on May 28, in the Iraqi capital Baghdad to discuss how to stabilise chaos-mired and violence-racked Iraq.

SCHOLARS MEDIATE IN LEBANON CRISIS
 

The League of Palestinian scholars has stepped in to find a peaceful solution to the crisis of the bombed-out Nahr Al-Bared refugee camp which the Lebanese army has been besieging in its confrontation with the militant Fatah Al-Islam group.
