Sachar Committee Report brought to the notice of people of India the sad plight of Indian Muslims. But up to now nothing solid has been done. Is Dr. Manmohan Singh sincere or he wants to placate the Muslims by expressing his good intentions only. Most of the woes of the Muslim community have their roots in their neglect during 40 years long Congress rule and the communal BJP’s stint in the recent past.
