Empowerment of women does not mean that they are empowered. Women should not be overburdened in the name of empowerment. They must not share the responsibilities of men. It will prove a bane for them. The Almighty has framed and designed them for peculiar duties. If they neglect and avoid their obligations, a crisis will occur in the society.
